2016 Year-End Giving Campaign

Dear Friends,
Thanks to you thousands of children have given their lives to the Lord through the years. When I started PowerTeam Inc. in 1999 I could not have imagined the work the Lord would begin in my life, and the lives of poverty-stricken children all over the world. That’s why I am truly grateful for your support.
Many of you know that PowerTeam, Inc has added a global division, and I have had the opportunity to minister in places like Haiti, and most recently, Nigeria. Earlier this year, I started work with Pastors Carlton and Anita Williams of High Life Church in Lagos. They are a sweet couple with three children, who want to meet the needs of their church by implementing a school. The public/state schools are terribly abusive there, and the private ones are inaccessible unless you are extremely wealthy. It is a sad situation, but there is hope!
In the spring of 2017, I plan to return to Lagos for four months. I will then return to the U.S. for two months and continue that pattern for two years. As the Interim Director, not only will I be developing a daycare, but I will also help launch a kingdom education k-12 school called Pneuma Sophia. It will be a sister school to Comenius School for Creative Leadership (CSCL), a Christian leadership school, where I am currently interning full-time in Fort Mill, SC. I am learning all that I can here so I can bring a quality, affordable education to these children in Nigeria, who desperately want to learn in a safe environment. However, I cannot do this work without your help.
That’s why today, we’re launching our 2016 Year-End Campaign. Our goal is to raise $10,000 by Dec. 31 to purchase supplies for the school and daycare, as well as support for my living expenses. High Life Church will provide a place for me to live. Praise God!
